Problem with List feature

Hi. I checked listing only for own taxonomy page but it lists all the term. Is it a bug ? Is there any solution ? The problem is that peaople makes error choosing a term and attributes it to a node adn they donét have permission later to access it. So, the best would be that they could not choose a term that is not chosen.
