Dashplayer cannot load long videos all the way...

Let me 1st start off and say what a great player! Thanks to everyone who has made this such a great way to handle videos.

So here's my bug - I cannot get long (~30 min) videos to load all the way. I have noticed that if I click again on the video thumbnail from the playlist, the little progress bar loads a little bit more. If i click the video thumbnail in the playlist again it will load a little bit more, and so on. So barring having to click on the thumbnail a thousand times to get this video to load all the way, is there another fix for this.

My first assumption is that this is not a glitch in the software but a setting in my htaccess, or something like that. My htacces has the following code already in place...
php_value upload_max_filesize 1000M
php_value post_max_size 1000M
php_value max_execution_time 500
php_value max_input_time 500

I have tried adjusting the mac exec time to no avail. Any ideas on why this is happening?
