Altered menu path so settings will sit under user interface section of congif, and updated hook_help() to fix some grammar issues and correct the error regarding how to disable a warning.
Reading through hook_help(), I realised there were some grammatical issues and one error, so those are fixed in this release.
Initial 7.x release.
First production release.
