Hi,

I create a little site with about ten articles which regularly change. They need to be translated in some languages.

So I'm looking for a module which permits translators (and visitors) to see what sentences or paragraph have changed in original articles.

The localisation module indicates only "translated", "untranslated" and "out of date", but changed sentences can't be viewed. So translators don't know what to translate and visitors don't know what is out of date. Ideally, the original sentences may be mixed with translated ones for easy translation work and good information to visitors. Is it possible?

In fact, a similar question was asked in 2006 on http://drupal.org/node/75364, but I don't know if there is an answer. I see a lot of modules for interface translation, but not for content revision and translation.

The diff module will show you line-by-line changes in a node; you'd need to be keeping revision histories of the articles for it to work of course. There might be a way to combine this with an action to e-mail the translators whenever the original article is modified.

Right, that works fine.

I was thinking to use .po files and l10n as Drupal, but finally i18n + diff + panels + revisionreference are sufficient for my site.

Panels, diff and revisionreference permit to show most recent source node, translated source node, last translation and a text zone to write the update.
