Set height of info windows

As I'm displaying images in my info windows, the specified height is too small (I think it's 95px).
How do I set my own height for the info windows?

I've tried using jQuery to change the height, but as the info windows aren't shown when the page loads, it doesn't work.
Any help would be much appreciated!
