Unable to display feilds from CCK

Description
I am able to add Address Name, Phone and Fax
But I am unable to get them to display from the CCK Display Field settings
I'm using "default" as my choice.
Note: there are 2 blank in the CCK display field dropdown
also I coverted Mexico to 2 letters from your 3

I have observed similar, this aspect of the module is completely broken.
When I choose Country it shows a blank then a comma then a country name, instead of on one line.
And I can't do any filtering on the Country, so I can't search for nodes by country, which is very limiting
(I've tried and it fails, I never get a hit on any country, I assume it's related to the above).
