I have a forum topic outlined to a book. I want to remove it from the book, or, set the book outline to "none". How do I do that? If I delete it in the book, the node itself is deleted. Is there a way to un-book?

You need go into that page "edit" menu and then select the "book outline" expandable tab (down the page) and set the options as you want/need them.

I can change the "book
I can change the "book outline" to make that node belong to another book. But I cannot make it not belonging to any book.
I want set that forum topic outline to "none".
Maybe I can create a "trash" book, and set that node to "trash". But I don't think that is a good solution. The "add child page" link still cannot be removed. If I delete that chapter of trash book the forum topic itself is deleted.

Maybe there is an issue with it being a Forum post. It works for me with a book page or story. I don't know about Forums as I have never played with it.

Sorry, my ignorance.
I missed that big button "remove from book outline". I was just looking at the "book:" outline to select list. I thought I missed something big.
