Update to latest versions of Drupal and CiviCRM

Hello,

We're a small nonprofit looking for someone to upgrade our current Drupal 5 site to the latest version. We are also running CiviCRM 2.0 and would like that updated at the same time. The work required is:

1) Back up current installations and databases (of course!)
2) Upgrade to new version of Drupal
3) Install new versions of extra modules we use (Auto Assign Role, Mass Contact, Taxonomy Access Control, Webform)
4) Upgrade to latest version of CiviCRM

On our end, we can handle configuring the extra modules and CiviCRM once they're installed.
