When no languages have been defined, ICanLocalize Core module shows the error "No languages have been defined. Please define at least one in your setup on ICanLocalize See Install and setup guide for details.". Install and setup guide has a link to http://sitepress.org/drupal-translation/install-and-setup-guide/ . However, this address is giving "Error 404 - Not Found".
