Sign Ups with repeat dates close after first date

Using the CCK multiple dates feature, you can enter the Name and Body text once and then enter multiple dates and times for the same activity.

The default for Sign Ups was to close 8 hrs before the event. My problem is that the sign ups closed for all the dates when it reached the closing for the first date.
