Anonymous permission doesn't work

Correction - If you copy the URL to the formfilter page you can log out(become anonymous) and then paste the URL and enable formfilter(provided you've set permissions for an anonymous user). This is also how to remove the homepage field from anonymous comments. Since the homepage only shows up in anonymous posts, you must allow anonymous permissions at least long enough to enable formfilter, hide the field, and then log back in and change permissions again.
