I've been testing this out with the latest build, and I just ran my bidding past the "buy it now" price, but I can still buy it now for the lower price. More specifically, the bidding is at $220 and the BIN is $100. I can still check out and pay $100 for the item.

Building on this, one more point:

1) "This auction ended when you purchased the product using the “Buy Now” feature." I then went back and removed the item from my cart, but it's still listed as removed from the auction.

To confirm this, I signed in as another user and am getting the same message.

***Also, it might be important to note that I have five items in stock for this auction/product.***

My boss thought the ability to have bidding go over the Buy Now price was odd too, so after some consultation with the client, I added a check box on the settings page which will cause the Buy Now feature to be disabled when the high bid value reaches or passes the sell price. Look for it in the next dev release.

Great, thanks. I had a couple of ideas of when it might happen, but have disqualified them all in the past 30 seconds. I guess if I was bidding, and saw it getting close to the BIN price, I would buy it before the next bidder went over.
