this little problem appeared after some actions with internalization modules (including i18n), solution is go to
"Home » Administer » Site building » Menus (settings)", and set up necessary values.
(I don`t speak English very well (thankfully FireFox have orthography checker)))

would you say the detail of the solution?

I have setting a value but the primary links also disappear when I click the switch language flag to change to other language. Just the default language's primary links appear. [pls see image 1]

I have try the solusion that go to admin/build/translate (administer > site building > Translate interface > search , then search menu and translate all the primary links string) but also disappear. [pls see image 2]

I have been unable to solve this problem. Would you share your solution if you have solved this?

Hi. It was so long ago, I cant remember all details) Do you use i18n modules? In this case, you need to read all project related docs, I found my solution there. Sorry for ambiguous answer, but only I can remember its answer was simple.
