With authenticated users the event contents are displayed in full when event block calander date is clicked, however non authenticated users just see 'n/a'. See attached image.

Node Access content is checked for anon users.

Event for Drupal 8 is unrelated to older versions. If an issue similar to this one exists, please open a new issue with the 8.x branch.
