I made a 2 column flexible layout. Instead of the columns appearing next to each other, they stack on top of each other.

This problem appears when viewing the panel in Safari but not in Firefox.

I tried reducing both column widths to fit well within the display area.

This problem seems to appear in 6.x-2.0-alpha3 as well...see

Since flexible was completely redone this is not an issue in Panels 3.

Issues of this nature should be confirmed in a core theme. If the issue can't be reproduced in a core theme, like garland, the issue is most likely with the theme in use and not panels.
