Running update.php a second time give:

warning: array_pop() [function.array-pop]: The argument should be an array in /home/webjo/domains/degeuzen.nikkelhost.com/public_html/update.php on line 315.
The update process was aborted prematurely while running update # in .module. All errors have been logged. You may need to check the watchdog database table manually.

I am pretty sure that something got seriously wrong in your update process. I am guessing a corrupt or incomplete download. Please disable and uninstall the module, then delete all the complete print directory and re-install using a fresh download. If the problem still persists after that, then something really mysterious is going on.

I'm getting the same error after an upgrade. I moved the module out, refreshed the page and moved it back in. The Printer-friendly pages doesn't get enabled after the upgrade but PDF version gets enabled. Enabling the Printer-friendly pages leads to error "Your website encountered an error" and the website starts to function normally.
