How do I tell this wysiwyg to not show up on custom blocks?

Description
I have a couple blocks I put php code in for specific reasons and when I went to edit them and then saved, the WYSIWYG broke the code. It encoded my "" and <> in html characters.... Is there a way to disable the editor from appearing in blocks?
