Are there any appropriate optimizations I can apply to help make my 4gb thumb drive copy of D6 faster? I had to increase the max execution time in my PHP5 ini file because sixty seconds just wasn't enough time to allow, for example, modules to be configured to install. I can't afford a laptop, so I'm stuck with my thumb drive as a Drupal demonstration tool.
