No chance of an aggregated RSS feed per chance, an OPML would be good. Lots of info already on your site but RSS feeds restricted by taxonomy terms only.

What feeds do you want?

Somehow get the most popular content delivered by a single RSS. Use the radioactivity module or similar to sort a list of perhaps 200 nodes by click rating. Or a series of feeds, top 50, 100, 250, 500 etc.
