As i wrote on the title,
I've created my gallery, and i've made a primary link
to that. I can see the gallery when im logged in with
my account, but when im not logged in (like a normal
guest would do) every link to that gallery doesnt exists.

I suppose is a privilege issue, but i cant find where it lies,
any suggestion?

have you tried: admin/user/permissions

I found FastGallery permissions in:
Admin->User Management->Permissions
