An ugly but working backport.

To download a video sample on admin/help/flowplayer, you have to follow instructions on flowplayer/flowplayer/example/README.txt.

Note: Installation of Jq and Jq Bridge modules is now compulsory.

TODO:

  • Repair color wheel for Drupal 5: farbtastic color picker doesn't work on admin/settings/flowplayer (you have to change colors using hex code)
  • There are some commented instructions for pseudostreaming support (play MP4 H.264 files): I've included the pseudostreaming plugin, but it's not used until you decomment lines 153-158 (plugin path) and 105 (for preview on admin/help/flowplayer). Since MP4 are supported only on Flash 9.0.115 and above, a fallback FLV should always be provided (maybe a new issue on Flowplayer plugins should be opened for both 5.x and 6.x versions).

The big one that's missing is the admin page Farbtastic.
