Image link in comment <-> automatic upload by moderator

Is there such a module for Drupal? If some user hotlinks to image on another server and moderator of the forum reviews it. And would like to upload it to the server with defoult upload image module built in Drupal. Moderator would click on a button for example in post and image would be uploaded to server and run trough image upload module in drupal of course?
