FB Connect overwrites user pic even if Facebook picture isn't imported.

To reproduce:

1. Select a Drupal Profile picture
2. Log into FB Connect and submit
3. On the next page, do not click option to use Facebook picture - submit
3. Result: Drupal user picture overwritten (in my case, with default picture I've set.)
