My products have no attributes.
"Add to cart" button is active in product page and in views.
I guess it should be replaced with "out of stock" message?

ARray - i am not certain what your problem is. this module does not replace the 'add to cart' button. it does provide an error message when a user tries to buy an out of stock product.
if you want to replace the button, see the relevant additional modules that offer this functionality - although i am not sure if they have been ported to D6.
