Okay, firstly I have a custom template of [content-type]-node.tpl.php. Secondly I have two themes on my site.

When using this module in unison with the above template and the Pixture-Reloaded theme, the menu appears in an odd location - its in the header-blocks region.

When using just Pixture-Reloaded on a separate page without the template, it seems to work fine. When using the template along with a different theme, it seems to work fine. When using the Pixture-Reloaded theme without the custom template on that page it seems to work fine.

The template file I don't believe is loaded for that specific part of the page, so I figure its unlikely to be something in my template file specifically.

This also seems to be a cross browser thing; tested with Firefox, Safari and Camino latest versions of each on my Mac.
