I read in one of the previous post that Importing Flickr Photo issue has been resolved but I'm still get the same error:

"You have specified an invalid media URL or embed code."

I'm able to import individual Flickr photo though, issue is only with photoset.

You cannot import flickr sets that way- we did away with emimport for Drupal 6 in favor of utilizing feedapi/feedapi mapper to pull feeds from sets. For an idea for how to do this, check out the feedapi/emfield tutorial linked to on the emfield project page.
