When I modify the "E-mail notification settings" and attempt to save the changes, the email notification settings area collapses without having saved my modifications.

I'm wonder if this issue is just with a password_policy module or with others as well?

I have not seen this issue with other modules yet and I use localization literally everywhere. Sorry ;)

This looks like a problem in _password_policy_mail_text() by passing NULL to t(). I'm not able to see what the exact issue is. Because this hasn't been updated in over 2 years, I'm assuming this is no longer an issue.
