Email notification changes not saved

When I modify the "E-mail notification settings" and attempt to save the changes, the email notification settings area collapses without having saved my modifications.

works with English.

I'm wonder if this issue is just with a password_policy module or with others as well?

I have not seen this issue with other modules yet and I use localization literally everywhere. Sorry ;)
