Enable referencing of all views (patch)

Description

Hello,

It would be useful to be able to reference all views. This is needed in the case where the developer creates the content type, but the users might create their own views at a later date. It would be preferable that the users didn't have to edit the content type.

I have written a patch for this, against 6.x-2.11 - if no view is selected in the content type under 'Views that can be referenced' then all views can be referenced.

I just downloaded v2.17 this morning, and discovered the same bug. I patched the module (see attached), but the patch is nearly identical to the one above.

Thanks for bringing this up.... but, why would you say that? That is very misleading for me, they're nothing alike :/ You're not even changing the same functions, nor do you have the extra message to explain what is happening.

I will reapply the original patch. If it doesn't work, then that's your fault for lying to me.
