I've been looking on the net and on drupal about free web hosting, can please someone recommend me of a good free webhost ? , I 've seen lot of them on the net, but still I'm still sceptic on whether I can rely on their service.

please can someone advise of a good one working for drupal ?

if you find one and drupal doesn't work right, we reserve the right to say "told ya so!"

But Drupal can run well enough on 'cheap' hosts in the $5-$10/month range.

Hi,

I would have to agree with WorldFallz and say that free hosting isn't always what it's cracked up to be. While free is appealing, you pay for it in other ways. Also, I have heard too many horror stories about free hosting sites going belly up or turning to paid hosting because they couldn't generate enough revenue from the ads force on your site.

If you want decent drupal hosting you need to bite the bullet and get paid hosting. As silverwing pointed out you can find one for $5-$10. Actually I know quite a fewthat are even below $5/mo. Plus a great way to help pay for the hosting is to join the host's affiliate program. Basically you promote the host and they pay you a commission for the referrals. Who knows, not only could the hosting pay for itself, but you might even make some money from it.
