Cursor not user friendly, colored tags without option and tag sizes unconsidered

From the previous version, 3 items were changed and got worse (at least they are bugging webmasters):
- the cursor over a tag, in the cloud, is not link-like anymore, what is not user-friendly;
- the tags have got a no-option color schema;
- the number of tag sizes became unconsidered in the code, at least for the value of 1 tag size (what can be hacked changing the font size interval to 0).
