my http website works fine. I have installed SSL on Drupal when I go to https the main site shows correctly but the links on the main page looking for the same http location but with https in the front which dosen't exist.

How can I make drupal to read the http and https directory from the same address?

I don't think this has anything to do with this module. Please report if the problem goes away when you disable the Secure Site module.
