Hosting should be fairly easy to do, but to migrate platforms from provision 0.1 to 0.2 may be tricky, since 0.2 only supports migration from 0.1 (understandably). So we need to document how to either:

1. migrate sites from 0.1 to 0.2, or;
2. convert a 0.1 platform into a 0.2 provisionning platform (preferable)
