This is a feature, because the way I understand the UI, the title+body option only applies to nodes.
If we make the setting apply to both content and comments, the UI should be changed at the same time.

Has any work been done to add this functionallity? I could really use it; my users don't like to have to go to the site and log in to read everything. Any help is appreciated Thanks.

This issue is fixed in the 7.x-branch, but appears to be still present in the 6.x-1.x-dev branch.

I am updating version to the latest version where tis issue occurs.

As stated in #6, it is fixed in the Drupal 7 branch. If you want this feature, please upgrade to that version.

It is not likely that someone will backport this to the Drupal 6 version.
