The Mark Boulton redesign includes a community spotlight section, where modules and themes are highlighted. It has words from the maintainer in first person, a screenshot and shown as a block at around the bottom of module and theme browsing pages.

We should figure out ways to implement this and ways to properly select the one to display.

There is also a contributor community spotlight, which is named the same as this one but is actually different. #372060: Grey background box for community spotlight

- Discussed that a node reference field would be good.
- We should pull the image from the project node and use imagecache to resize stuff.

Haven we verified there's a spotlight block appearing on modules & themes landing pages? I'm pretty sure this didn't get done (plus, we don't have spotlight content other than a single module, which hasn't had any comment on it)
