Same as now, paid. (If nothing else, we get the usual Amazon or publisher referral.) We should include a note about that, like other ads. Currently it is a basic block. I'll see about moving it to Google Ad Manager, which the other ads are in. Then it just needs a basic placement. Otherwise, we have to make sure it is easily editable.

Confirmed Google Ad manager will fill the content. Need a placement code and copy to surround it.
