With a "My quotes" menu item, the "Recent quotes" link on the "My account" page is superfluous. It would be more useful if we had a tab that took us to a page similar to admin>>content>>content for the user to administer their own quotes.

Committed to both branches. There is a new permission for this: "view my quotes."
