I know this isn't a complete CRUD, but I needed the ability to exclude fields and paths for FCKeditor, so I coded that part of FCKeditor. ATM there is no create, edit, or remove profile functionality, only to change the visibility settings of an exisitng (or Global) profile.

I figure its better than nothing.

Re-rolling as a proper patch, fixing most d.o coding standards issues, switching to unix line endings.

I'm not using FCKeditor module on any projects. Can someone re-test?
