Release notes

A simple helpdesk ticketing system with email integration.

Jobtrack offers the following features:

  • Unlimited number of clients, each with their own configuration and only able to view their own tickets
  • Notification system, can auto-subscribe one or more users to tickets (a per-client configuration)
  • Email ticketing support, replies to notification emails will update ticket (users can be auto-created if necessary)
  • Users can quickly and easily unsubscribe to notifications by clicking a link found in each notification email
  • Tickets can be assigned to a user (and users can view all tickets assigned to them)
  • Tickets support states (new, active, pending, closed, etc) and priorities (low, normal, high, critical, etc)
  • Tickets are nodes, ticket updates are comments
