therealwebguy commentedThere where plans to use javascript to handle some functionality, but during the course of development it was not needed. This was my first module so I did not remove the file before I started added revisions of the module. It will work just fine as the module is never indeed included into the module. I will be removing the .js file in the next release of 5.x-1.6 and 6.x-1.3
