documentation link correction

The official documentation for the UI elements themselves is located at http://docs.jquery.com/UI not http://ui.jquery.com/docs (as listed on the project page and readme.txt). It appears there's only demos with sample code at http://ui.jquery.com/docs.

Just thought you might want to update your docs.
