Does the is_shippable attribute exist on this product type?

ptype = tangible for the product types I've been testing with. is that what you meant?

It don't matter if it is tangible, make sure the is shippable feature is loaded against that product type.

Sorry... I thought "tangible" meant "shippable". forgot about the new product features option.
