For now i nave 3 node types:
1. person
2. question
3. answer

Answer has two noderef fields: one point to question, other - to person. Thanks no Nodereferrer features, i'm easily show answer at question's page, and person at answer's page.

Is there a way to show _questions_ that person has answer at _person_'s page?

I believe your situation would be fixed with #375088: Patch to add nodereferrer relationship to Views

Suppose better to use views to make all relations because you need to load every _answer_'s _question_ field looks very complicated to make this query automaticaly
