List allowed tags for Block format configuration form

When configuring block formats for a profile, the description for the input box says :

Comma separated list of HTML block formats. You can only remove elements, not add.

This is not very helpful after you delete a few tags and forget which were included by default. I'd rather see something like this:

Comma separated list of HTML block formats. Allowed formats: p,address,pre,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,div.
