Publish new language files for Norwegian Nynorsk

There was quite a lot of translating activity for Nynorsk in January. Eirik_R and gnute added more than 500 strings. All in all, there have been more than 1000 strings added or changed since we began using the localization server for Nynorsk. I suggest publishing new versions (for both 5.x and 6.x), using the latest files from http://lokalisering.drupalnorge.no/translate/languages/nn/export

The translation is still far from complete, so this should still be dev-versions, but I think new versions now and then are more likely to attract more translation effort than a project page that looks as if things are standing still.
