Profile Fields, Table View, making into a link

I've created some additional profile fields for users, and when I user the userlist view, and display it as a table, I get a list of users. My custom profile fields aren't links, is there a way to make them links to their user node? I'm just not sure how to access the table view either by a template.php function or a page-someting.tpl.php file.
