Add CA condition to check for an attribute option on an ordered product. [#372973]

This patch creates a condition that return TRUE if one of an order's products has a particular attribute option. It's not very sophisticated since you can't tell which product it was by the time the actions are performed, but I think it will be useful nonetheless.

I tested this on the Livetest and it worked as expected, though it will need to be revised for scalability. I'd like to see the name line up with other "Order has a product..." conditions. Other than that, I'd say fire away!
