This is my formal request for co-maintainership status, so that as a contributor from an Open Media client project I can get a CVS account and aid in development of the TVFrame theme. So how about it?

Let us know as soon as one of the CVS gate keepers approves you account and we'll grant you access on this end. hunmonk is ofter in the #drupal-openmedia channel on IRC if you don't get a response in a few hours, he might be willing to expedite the request.
