Meta Tags not appearing on all pages

I installed the meta tags (nodewords) and it works like a champ on some pages. For instance if you go to
http://ohiooutside.com/category/categories/training
you can see the description and the meta tags just fine, but if you click on one of the stories, which are listed under that node
http://ohiooutside.com/training/10/training-consistency
you do not see the descriptions.
Any thoughts ? I would like to carry these over since they are somewhat related.

Are the meta tags for the content types enabled?

To notice that the first link takes to a taxonomy terms page, which lists the nodes using the same taxonomy term. Differently, the second link take to a node page, which shows the content of a single node.
It can be the taxonomy term has meta tags associated with it, but a node can have no meta tags associated with it (and the global meta tags are empty strings).
