They're gone! I've tried everything I know, including disabling/re-enabling the Location module, checking the Locative Information settings for my node type, checking my Mapping and geocoding options, and reading through the several other Issues in this project's queue related to this. I'm lost now.

Here's what I've got:
Drupal 5.15
Location + Location Views 5.x-3.0 (just upgraded from 2.7)
Google Maps API key set and Google service checked

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem! I've been using Location for three years, and all of a sudden, it doesn't want to work.

You need to upgrade to version 5.x-3.x-dev.
