I have unchecked the show Show enable/disable rich text toggle link and it's still showing up. Also Nicedit is not working unless I toggle disable rich text then enable rich text when I go to make a post then the edit box for nicedit shows up. TinyMCE doesn't have that problem but both are giving the option to disable rich text even though that option is unchecked when I edit settings in WYSIWYG.

Im having the other part of the problem you mentioned with Nicedit. I click Disable to edit in HTML and then click save, but nothing is saved. i have to click disable, then edit the text , then enable, then save for the text change to take effect. anyone else have this issue ?
